There was, in fact, a boys club in Coulter at one point, and it did burn down. Its said that children were trapped inside, and on the anniversary screaming children can be heard. At the bottom of 13 Bends, there is a hairpin turn that takes you down a dead end road that ends in a Cul-de-sac. ( I live less than 10 minutes away, have spent lots of time here, and have counted the really works). now we know that every little area across the US has a 13 Bends.this one in reality, has 7 bends down, 6 bends up. It consists of two "main" roads, several even smaller roads that intersect the main roads, railroad tracks, a fire hall, a playground and less than 30 homes.as well as two cemeteries, a river, and some very active woods.
